- Award
- Stamps covers full cost of attendance, including tuition/fees, on-campus housing, meal plan, university health insurance, textbooks, laptop allowance and a $12,000 enrichment fund requiring advance approval. Singer, Weeks and Hammond cover full tuition. Awards last up to eight semesters, or ten for eligible five-year programs, ending at the first degree.
- Timeline
- Nov 1Premier consideration requires EA or ED I admission application
- Sep 1The program pages do not state a cycle year. Optional Hammond nomination opens and closes November 13, also undated.
- How to apply
- Apply and be admitted through EA or ED I; no separate initial premier application. Stamps semifinalists interview with the university committee, then finalists with the Stamps Foundation; recipients announced early March. Singer, Weeks and Hammond announce with EA decisions in late January. Hammond nomination is optional.
- What you'll need
- No separate application: you are considered when you apply for admission
- Who can apply
- Incoming first-year students selected through holistic review. Stamps and Singer consider all citizenships; Weeks and Hammond require U.S. citizenship or permanent residence. Renewal requires at least 12 credits each fall/spring, 24 per academic year and 3.0 GPA for the academic year, initially measured after the second semester.
- Good to know
- Current program pages confirm Stamps, Singer, Weeks and Hammond coverage and individual citizenship rules. Only one admission merit scholarship may be received; other aid can revise awards and aid cannot exceed cost of attendance. Program deadlines remain undated. The saved optional nomination URL currently opens a Jenkins Scholar form, so its November 13, 2026 deadline must not be used for Hammond nominations. Use the Hammond program page and confirm the optional form with the university.
