Award
Full undergraduate tuition for up to four years, with possible petition for a fifth year; four years of double-occupancy campus housing and full meal coverage, including registered summer sessions. Funded summer experience, retreats and mentoring; books, fees and computers are not covered.
Deadline
Apply to Illinois Tech and submit the Duchossois supplement by November 15 through Early Action or Early Decision; the page does not label a Fall 2027 year. Selected finalists interview at a later Leadership Symposium.
How to apply
Apply Early Action or Early Decision through Common App and submit the scholarship application, 500-word leadership/service essay, résumé and two recommendations by November 15. Counselor nomination is optional. Finalists interview on campus.
What you'll need
  • A separate scholarship application
Who can apply
Incoming first-year U.S. citizens or permanent residents, any major, with at least a 3.5 high-school GPA, exceptional academics and leadership/service. Household adjusted gross income must be below $300,000; currently enrolled students are ineligible.
Good to know
Live on campus for the first two years; later off-campus living loses housing/meal support. Maintain 3.25 GPA: two consecutive semesters below it terminate eligibility. Program participation, semester grade sharing and annual foundation report are required, with a letter of intent for $100 annual donations after graduation. Other Illinois Tech institutional scholarships do not stack; MAP coordination caps combined restricted aid at eligible charges. November 15 and Leadership Symposium dates remain undated for Fall 2027.
