- Full cost of attendance for eight undergraduate semesters, including tuition for 12-18 credits, mandatory/course fees and a standard housing/meal stipend that remains available off campus. Additional approved summer, research and study-abroad funding may be available.

- IU Bloomington admission by November 1. Domestic nomination portal: November 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST, conflicting with process page November 1 at 5 p.m. Eastern. International nomination: November 16 at 11:59 p.m. EST, year unstated; confirm applicable route.
- How to apply
- Complete IU admission and nomination materials. Domestic school nominations are preferred, with up to two nominees per school; self-nomination is available when the school has used its two slots or for qualifying alternative circumstances. International candidates follow the OIS/program nomination route. Finalists interview.

- Who can apply
- High-school seniors, including international students. U.S. residents/passport holders use the domestic route even at schools abroad. Academic, leadership and community engagement are considered; published past-recipient GPA/test profiles are not minimum requirements and testing is optional. Binding Early Decision applicants to other institutions are ineligible.

- Domestic Wells deadline conflict persists: process page November 1 at 5 p.m. Eastern versus portal November 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST and deadline page November 2. International nomination materials are due November 16, distinct from November 1 IU/OIS admission, with no year attached. International finalist interviews are described as early-March video interviews; domestic materials show a separate February weekend without year. Scholarship renewal requires 3.4 GPA both each semester and cumulatively and ethical conduct.
