What you'll need
  • An honors college application
Who can apply
Entering Ogden Honors College freshmen with outstanding academics, leadership and service, including international Honors applicants. The Honors page expressly says all Honors applicants are considered for Stamps; a general aid restriction concerns traditional freshman awards and does not specifically override this named program.
Good to know
The current Honors page states December 1, 2026 priority, required Honors writing sample and consideration of international applicants for the named Stamps award. A general LSU aid page separately restricts international students for traditional freshman awards, which is a different award category. The Stamps package covers full cost of attendance; its undated approximate annual dollar estimates are excluded from this value summary. Renewal requires 3.0 cumulative GPA and 24 annual credits under prior source review; invited Scholars Weekend scheduling is sent to finalists.
