Who can apply
At least 3.90 cumulative GPA through junior year. The first-year scholarship page requires ACT31/SAT1390 while the application page says ACT30/SAT1370. Qualifying tests through October of senior year; highest composite or superscore used. No GPA weighting or precise citizenship eligibility is stated.
Good to know
For awards from Summer 2026 onward, renewal requires 2.75 cumulative GPA and 30 completed credits per year, reviewed after spring; summer can remedy deficiencies and other-institution/dual credits can count. Confirm the amount, score threshold, FAFSA cycle and conflicting deadline before applying.
