Award
Full tuition for four years/eight consecutive full-time undergraduate semesters; tuition-only awards cannot cover fees, housing or specified off-campus costs.
Deadline
For Fall 2027 Trustee consideration, Hofstra recommends Early Action I by November 15, 2026 or Early Action II by December 15, 2026. This is a recommendation, not a separate Trustee application cutoff.

Apply for first-year admission; no separate scholarship application. Early Action is recommended for Trustee consideration.

Who can apply
First-year students with exceptional academics, community/school involvement and talents. International students and second-bachelor’s applicants are ineligible. Fall 2024 recipient averages are descriptive, not minimum GPA/test requirements.
Good to know
General scholarship renewal requires full-time enrollment of at least 12 credits per semester, at least 24 completed annually with 18 graded credits other than P, and at least 2.8 cumulative Hofstra GPA after the first two consecutive semesters. Follow the individual scholarship letter and conduct code. Tuition aid is capped at tuition; outside awards can trigger adjustment above tuition/room/board costs. Unused semesters are forfeited.
