Deadline

How to apply
Automatic consideration with a complete admission application by the priority deadline; no separate general merit application. SAT/ACT are optional for general merit. Honors and Presidential Fellows applicants must opt in and report test scores for Fall 2027 consideration.
What you'll need
  • No separate application: you are considered when you apply for admission

Who can apply
Qualified domestic first-year students enrolling full-time at the Oxford campus in fall. Miami uses weighted GPA on a 4.0 scale from the transcript and recalculates it with course-difficulty weighting when the school does not provide one. Awards are not guaranteed. International students use the separate international scholarship rules.
Good to know
Full award generally requires at least 12 undergraduate credits; reduced enrollment requires approved appeal and proration. Changing to a regional campus forfeits the Oxford award for those semesters. Internships/co-ops without full-time tuition do not use an award semester; graduation and additional aid can affect eligibility. Prodesse for selected Honors students is separate from this domestic GPA table.
