- Five full-tuition awards for four years/eight semesters, plus a $2,000 project stipend available after the fourth semester and before graduation with faculty/program approval. Renewal requires full-time enrollment, good academic standing, cumulative GPA at least 2.0, at least 67% cumulative credit completion, and no more than 150% of program credits attempted; SAP is reviewed each semester.

- High schools in Oregon counties Benton, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Hood River, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, Washington or Yamhill, or Clark County, Washington.
- Good to know
- Eligibility depends on the location of the high school, rather than merely residence in Oregon or Washington. Other merit awards such as Sequoia and Oregon Maple are separate. The college now uses test-free admission, so SAT/ACT are not considered for general admission.
