Award

Fall 2027 (2027–28) terms are marked Coming Soon. Historical Fall 2026 award: $10,000 per academic year, renewable up to eight fall/spring semesters or first bachelor’s degree.

Deadline

General first-year early-action/merit consideration deadline is December 1, without an explicit cycle year. Fall 2027 Park-specific dates are not published.

How to apply

Complete the university first-year application and official transcript requirements for merit consideration. Utah high-school graduates may use the Beehive Application or Common App; other applicants use Common App. Test scores are ordinarily optional, with requirements for homeschool, non-accredited U.S. schools, and GED/HiSET applicants. Fall 2027 Park-specific application terms remain unpublished.

Who can apply

Current program description covers first-time first-year Utah residents and nonresidents from states outside the WUE-eligible group. The historical 2026–27 4.00 unweighted entry GPA is not confirmed for Fall 2027.

Good to know

Historical 2026–27 terms specified tuition/mandatory-fee coverage up to award amount, no housing supplement or course/program fees, 12 completed credits each term, 24 annually and 3.50 cumulative GPA; nonstacking with most university merit and main-campus restrictions applied. These prior-cycle terms do not establish Fall 2027 renewal or award rules.
