- Award
- Oregon residents: full UO tuition, fees, food and housing for four years. Out-of-state recipients: nonresident tuition and fees. All scholars: up to $12,000 in enrichment funds. About $125,000 (residents) or $185,000 (nonresidents) over four years.
- Deadline
- Fall 2027 dates not yet posted. For the 2026-2027 award: apply Early Action by November 1 and submit the Stamps application and admission materials by November 15.

- Separate Stamps Scholarship Application in the UO Scholarship Dashboard with four short-answer essays. Semifinalists interview on campus; finalists are interviewed by the Stamps Scholars Program.

- Who can apply
- Incoming domestic first-year students with a minimum 3.85 cumulative high school GPA on a 4.00 scale.
- Good to know
- About 20 awards annually. Cannot combine with most UO scholarships. Renewal requires 3.25 UO GPA and 12 UO credits per term, for up to 12 undergraduate terms over five years. The page still describes 2026-2027.
