- How to apply
- Apply for admission and the Presidential Scholarship with a one-page resume and short answers; submit official transcripts and required test scores and complete an official campus visit by February 1. A 45-second video and meeting with an admission counselor are strongly suggested.

- Who can apply
- First-year applicants need ACT superscore 28 or SAT 1300, plus one of: College Board Recognition Program scholar in the top 10% of class, top 5% of class, or weighted GPA 4.0 on a 4.0 scale. Schools reporting only unweighted GPA receive individual consideration. Transfer applicants have a separate route requiring a 3.7 college GPA and, for fewer than 30 college credits, qualifying test scores.
- Good to know
- A campus visit is required. Recipients must take 15 credit hours per semester. Information session dates on the page are from fall 2025. UTulsa announced $25,000 annual tuition and required fees for fall 2027 entrants and says scholarship amounts may be adjusted under this new structure; Presidential award terms should be reconfirmed.
