BG Success Scholarship for out-of-state students

- BG Success covers half of BGSU's non-resident fee each year and is renewable for four years. BGSU also offers a separate merit scholarship based on a comprehensive admission review.

- No separate application: you are considered when you apply for admission
- Who can apply
- Full-time non-Ohio residents with a 3.0+ cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale or a 20 ACT or 1040 SAT.
- Good to know
- Firelands Pathway students are ineligible. The separate Michigan Out-of-State Scholarship covers the full non-resident fee for residents of Monroe, Lenawee and Wayne counties who meet the same GPA-or-test criteria. General renewal requires full-time enrollment of at least 12 credits, 3.0 cumulative GPA and 30/60/90 completed credits after years one/two/three.
