The current admissions site explicitly says Fall 2027 applications are open and presents these corresponding deadline stages; the scholarship page says full consideration follows the corresponding application deadline. Demonstration of financial need is required for some university-wide scholarships, but the Presidential and National listings show no separate need requirement. ACT/SAT scores are optional for 2027 applicants. A limited number of awards are available to international students.
