- Award
- Comprehensive last-dollar scholarship for up to four years (eight regular semesters), including tuition, fees, room and board, with internship and study-abroad support, enrichment, research access and faculty mentoring. The dollar amount depends on remaining covered costs after other aid.

- How to apply
- Apply to UT San Antonio through ApplyTexas or the Common App, get a myUTSA ID, complete the General Scholarship Application in the Scholarship Hub, then submit the Top Scholar application and make sure your reference is complete. Selected finalists are invited for a selection interview.

- Who can apply
- First-time college students. The program says students with the best chance of an interview invitation have a 1440+ SAT or 32+ ACT (scores optional), top 5% class rank, community volunteerism and school leadership, and Texas residency. All majors are welcome.
- Good to know
- Scholars must maintain a 3.50 UT San Antonio GPA, live on campus and complete 30 academic hours each year. The public page does not give a fixed dollar amount.
