- For selected National Merit Semifinalists entering fall 2027: full tuition excluding summers for four years and basic housing; housing upgrades are paid by the student. The NMSC university-sponsored $750 annual Finalist scholarship, if eligible, applies toward the room portion of this package. A fifth undergraduate year may be requested for qualifying degree programs.

- How to apply
- Be a National Merit Semifinalist, complete the application, campus visit, in-person interview and two letters (one academic, one non-academic) by Nov. 1, designate Tulsa as first choice with NMSC by the final deadline, and commit by May 1.
- Who can apply
- National Merit Semifinalists selected for the fall 2027 package. Minimum 4.0 weighted GPA on a 4.0 scale; applicants whose schools do not provide weighted GPAs receive individual consideration. NMSC citizenship requirements apply to entrants attending high school outside the U.S.; individual award rules still apply.
- Good to know
- Required 12 credits per semester; 15 recommended, with degree progress reviewed by advising. Campus visit and interview are in person. One academic and one nonacademic recommendation are required; the Common App School Report does not satisfy these letters. Package cannot combine with other Tulsa funds; outside scholarships depend on donor permission.
