How to apply

Page requests an original unpublished English response up to 250 words about dreams or future hopes. Embedded 2024 rules describe one entry, four equal judging factors and winner affidavit/release/copyright documents within ten days, signed by a parent for minors. Confirm current rules before entering.

Who can apply

Page says legal residents of fifty U.S. states/D.C., age 14+. Enrollment wording conflicts: introductory text fall 2027 versus older formal rules fall 2029. Current complete eligibility requires confirmation.

Good to know

Older rules pay the institution after enrollment proof by 2029 and transfer submission copyrights to Unigo. Those dated terms cannot establish the 2027 cycle.
