- How to apply
- Submit an implemented service project through the online portal with all required pitch, reflection and project documentation and participant consents. Qualifying activity must occur May 3,2026 through April 19,2027. Groups split awards.
- Who can apply
- US citizens or legal residents ages 13-19 on January 1,2027, enrolled at eligible schools in the US, territories or American Armed Forces Schools abroad. Must be at least 13 when registering. Those graduating or receiving a GED before January 1,2027 and past top-prize winners are excluded.
