- Every participant must register and finish the free Blue Ocean Mini-Course. Submit one original English pitch video under five minutes through the pitch form with a YouTube link and #blueoceancompetition.
- Who can apply
- Students worldwide enrolled in high school or equivalent pre-university study when registering; later graduation is allowed. Homeschooled students ages 14-18 may enter. Individual or team of up to five.
