- How to apply
- Apply free through the linked CaFE call with images/videos of three-five distinct artworks and four responses of up to 300 words each about yourself, art, perspective and future plans. Selected applicants provide disability documentation, government age ID and U.S. work-authorization proof before final adjudication.

- Who can apply
- Individual visual artists with documented disabilities, ages 16-25 on November 19, 2026, residing in the U.S./listed territories with legal U.S. work authorization; citizenship is not required. Must publicly disclose disability and attend every required workshop. Prior recipients, group work, plagiarism and generative-AI artwork excluded. Submitted works must be from the past three years and after disability onset.

- 2027 theme is Thrive. Works must survive shipping/storage and contain no perishable materials; two-dimensional work limited to 60 inches per side, packed three-dimensional work to 48 inches per direction.
