- How to apply
- Compete through a sponsoring Rotary club; each club sends one winner (or runner-up substitute) through regionals to the district final. The club submits the student application and photo/video consent, with parent/guardian signature for students under 18. - A finalist round or selection weekend
- Who can apply
- High school students in grades 9 to 12 (homeschoolers welcome) in the North Texas area of District 5790 who have not competed at the district level in a prior year.
- Good to know
- Current page specifies What the Four-Way Test Means to Me, original work, five-minute limit with 30-second grace period, no written scripts or props, and permitted 3 x 5 note cards. Prior district-level contestants are ineligible. Interact membership is not required.
