Earlham Science Scholar Program

This is a real program, but some details for the current cycle are not published or not yet confirmed. Check the official source before you plan around it.

Award

Up to $10,000 per year. The 2022 grant announcement described four-year support for cohorts starting in fall 2023; a new fall 2027 cohort and its award terms are unconfirmed.

Deadline

No fall 2027 scholarship deadline or open application was found.

How to apply

Current application instructions for a new cohort could not be confirmed. Ask Earlham about availability before preparing scholarship materials.

Who can apply

The original program served Pell-eligible incoming STEM students in engineering, biology, biochemistry, chemistry, computer science, earth/environmental science, mathematics, data science or physics. Eligibility for a new fall 2027 cohort is unconfirmed.

Good to know

The original announcement required good academic standing and offered research, conference and mentoring support. A current faculty profile still describes the grant, but it does not confirm recruitment of a new cohort.
