- Complete the embedded online application, providing contact/school/college-interest details and an original essay of no more than 150 words. Please write an essay of 150 words or fewer describing how you are involved in your community. You may describe any community of which you are a part including school, neighborhood, ethnic, or other. No transcript or enrollment proof initially; selected winners must supply both.

- High-school juniors/seniors, undergraduate or graduate students with GPA at least 2.5 on a 4.0 system, currently enrolled or planning part-time/full-time enrollment in an accredited U.S. institution. Vocational/technical, two-year, four-year and graduate programmes qualify. Community involvement is the programme focus.
