Who can apply
Public page: high-school freshman through senior, current/entering college or graduate students, including homeschool, with no age limit; U.S. citizen or legal resident. Embedded terms instead say permanent residents of the United States and exclude sponsor employees/officers/directors and immediate families/household members. Confirm residency wording if it affects your eligibility.
Good to know
Current official form and terms do not require a longer finalist essay. The form grants broad nonexclusive perpetual rights to submitted material and allows winner name/photo promotion.
