How to apply
Create an account in NESA scholarship portal; email verification, profile/contact fields, then Funding Opportunities and NESA application, with draft saving. Full current 2027 application questions/materials are not yet public before December 1, 2026 opening. Winners supply course schedule, Cooke four-year winners also unofficial transcript, and 2-3-minute thank-you video.

Who can apply
Eagle Scout and NESA member; high-school senior through undergraduate junior, or before halfway point of associate/skilled-trade programme. Accepted/enrolled full-time at accredited degree/trade school (at least 12 credits); Cooke four-year award requires full-time bachelor programme. Military academies and graduate degrees excluded; NESA scholarship received only once.
