Current 2027 Legacy-specific rules expressly permit receiving both ENF scholarships if awarded more than one.

- Online application, essays within portal limits, electronically uploaded transcript/report covering grades 9-11 and any available senior grades, and Elk sponsor name/Lodge/member number/contact. Membership verified centrally; no SAT/ACT required for 2027.

- High-school senior, child/grandchild/step-child/step-grandchild/legal ward of living Elk who joined by April 1, 2024 or charter member of Lodge established on/after that date; dues-paid for two contiguous years through March 31, 2027. No great-grandchildren. Use parent Lodge if both parent and grandparent Elk. Accredited U.S. school; current application also allows Guam/Panama/Puerto Rico/Philippines recipients to use home institutions.

- Recipients must serve with a Lodge at least three times during college. Merit values knowledge, charity, community and integrity; no further financial-need investigation. Dated2027 Legacy-specific rule expressly permits both ENF awards, treated as a program-specific exception to undated general one-award guidance.
