How to apply

Submit through the participating club or member-at-large for your state/province. Include a 550-650-word essay, activity list using the provided spreadsheet format, transcript, two signed recommendation letters with rating forms, and a current face-and-shoulders photo. Documents must be PDF; photo must be JPG. Club membership is not required.

Who can apply

US or Canadian resident high school senior under 21, at least 6 feet 2 inches for men or 5 feet 10 inches for women in stocking feet; entering full-time accredited US/Canadian postsecondary education in the award calendar year.
