Tentative 2027-2028 rules require a current complete transcript, activities/work history, financial information, and the first two pages of the most recent IRS Form 1040 with SSN/SIN redacted. - Who can apply
- Financial need, achievement and involvement are considered. Tentative 2027-2028 rules cover residents of the US, Puerto Rico, Guam or Canada. General track: graduating 2027 seniors or past recipients now undergraduates, GPA 2.0+, full-time study. Employee/family tracks have separate enrollment and employment conditions; final rules remain subject to change.
