- High school seniors who win a gold medal on the Advanced Latin Prose, Advanced Latin Poetry or Advanced Latin Reading Comprehension Exam. Recipients must agree to take at least one Latin or classical Greek course each semester in their first college year; a classics course in translation does not qualify.
