- Use the online HSF Scholar application when the next cycle opens. The published 2026-27 eligibility page requests that year's FAFSA; its help center lists financial-aid, enrollment, transcript and DACA-specific document questions, but detailed next-cycle instructions are not published.

- Who can apply
- For the published 2026-27 cycle: Hispanic heritage, U.S. citizenship/permanent residence/DACA, at least 3.0/4.0 GPA for high school students or 2.5 for college/graduate students, and full-time enrollment in an accredited public or nonprofit four-year U.S. university or graduate school. Fall 2027 eligibility is not confirmed.

- Selection is based on merit; cash depends on available funds and relative need. Scholar recognition and services are separate from a guaranteed monetary award. The current English page still gives 2026-27 study/FAFSA requirements; DACA applicants should check the applicable financial-aid-document instructions when the next cycle opens.
