- Active FBLA high school juniors or seniors, or college undergraduates, age 16 or older, who legally reside in the 50 states, District of Columbia or U.S. territories and intend to attend an accredited U.S. college or university. Selection considers leadership, academic commitment and FBLA engagement.

- The posted 2026 application is closed. The award supports study in 2026-2027 or 2027-2028; payment goes to the institution. The webpage requires enrollment proof by October 31, 2027 at 11:59 AM EST, while the manual contains different notification/payment timelines. Future-cycle dates need confirmation.
