- Use your Royal Neighbors certificate number to create an application account. Supply a high school transcript showing at least 2.5 GPA, or if graduation was more than ten years ago, strong work history and a professional reference. The 2026 announcement also describes leadership and service personal essays; the next-cycle form is unavailable.

- Who can apply
- Royal Neighbors Beneficial Members over 16 pursuing an accredited trade/vocational, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree. Qualifying membership includes eligible life-insurance insureds (excluding Extended Term Insurance), annuity owners or trust annuitants, and settlement-contract owners. The transcript route requires 2.5 GPA; graduates over ten years ago may substitute work history and a reference.
