The linked prior-cycle guide requires relevant high school/GED and post-high-school college transcripts, financial/dependency information, responsibilities and an essay up to 750 words; no financial record or DACA/TPS document upload required in that guide. - Published 2026-27 criteria: currently undocumented first-generation immigrants with or without DACA/TPS, arrival before age 16 and November 1,2020, continuous U.S. residence, significant unmet need and no Pell eligibility; high school/GED completion before fall 2026 and 2.5 high school/college GPA. Full-time associate/bachelor’s enrollment at a qualifying partner college. Next-cycle arrival, graduation and GPA rules are not confirmed.

- Partner-only; Texas institutions and online/private programs are permitted under specific exceptions, not generally excluded. San Antonio College and South Texas College allow Texas applicants without in-state tuition eligibility. ASU Online is limited to Florida/Texas residents; other online colleges have individual state exclusions. Prior awards cannot be reapplied for; annual renewal needs continuing eligibility and transcript, with June renewal stated on main page. Associate-to-bachelor transfer counts toward the same $33000 total. Complete next-cycle renewal conditions are not published.
