- High school seniors who have attended at least one semester and will graduate from a Florida school; U.S. citizens or permanent residents at application; at least 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale and the SAT/ACT thresholds in the forthcoming application. Award requires enrollment in an engineering program accredited by ABET’s Engineering Accreditation Commission.

- The official page explicitly gives February 15, 2027 and says the application will be posted in December 2026, although its funding/application label still says 2026-27. SAT/ACT minima are only in the unavailable application. Mail any certified transcript that cannot be submitted electronically to the chapter representative, postmarked by the same deadline.
