Who can apply
Female high school seniors who are daughters of career commissioned officers in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard or Space Force and plan to enroll full-time at an accredited college or university. Parent must be active duty, retired with at least 20 years of qualifying commissioned service, or deceased after qualifying service; solely Reserve service is excluded. Academic merit and financial need are required.
