- One-year awards currently average $1000 per student, with amount and number dependent on donations/endowments. Reapply for subsequent years, up to four years of awards in total; not automatic renewal. Funds may cover tuition/fees, books and lab expenses.

- Who can apply
- U.S. citizen seniors, high school graduates or undergraduates at accredited colleges or post-high-school vocational/technical institutions, minimum 2.0 GPA on a four-point scale. Eligible families include children of serving active Army/active Reserve/active Guard members, children of honorably or medically discharged or deceased-in-service Army members, and spouses of serving enlisted members. Children must be under 24 at deadline; spouses have no age limit. Current income cap is family AGI $160000, with the page still naming 2024 or 2025 returns; confirm the next cycle’s tax year.
- Good to know
- The 2026-27 application is closed and only recurring April 15 submission deadline is posted. No minimum SAT/ACT score or application fee. Current posted materials include service proofs, high school and applicable college transcripts, family Form 1040, FAFSA Submission Summary, photo and a maximum 325-word essay; new-cycle materials and tax year are unconfirmed.
