Who can apply

The official Arizona affiliate describes the national program for blind scholars across the states, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, with finalists attending the national convention in July. Confirm current national age, legal-blindness certification and full-time or part-time enrollment rules before applying.

Good to know

National awards are selected for academic excellence, community service and leadership. The Arizona affiliate also offers its own separate state scholarships; those state requirements and June deadline must not be used as national requirements.
