Anne Ford Scholarship

Merit + needScholarship

Financial need is part of how this award is decided, alongside merit.

Award
$10,000 paid as $2,500 per year over four years. Full continuing-payment conditions are not published.
Deadline
2027 deadline not yet posted; the 2026 deadline was May 10, 2026 (rolling review).
How to apply
The published FAQ asks for a multi-step online application, learning-disability documentation as a PDF, financial-aid information, at least one recommendation and three personal responses in text, video or audio. It also describes a recorded finalist video interview. The actual linked application is for 2026; confirm the 2027 form and updated financial-aid documentation.
What you'll need
  • A separate scholarship application
Who can apply
Graduating high school seniors with a documented learning disability (students with ADHD and a learning disability may apply) enrolling full-time in a four-year bachelor's program.
Good to know
A learning disability is required; ADHD, autism or a physical disability alone does not meet that requirement. Financial need is considered alongside a narrative showing leadership potential for people with learning disabilities. The FAQ still refers to EFC and April 2023, while the overview lists May 10, 2026; future timing and forms need confirmation.
