How to apply

Who can apply
High school seniors and first-year undergraduates. Must either live in Connecticut or the NYC metropolitan area and attend higher education anywhere in the U.S., or live elsewhere in the U.S. and attend higher education in Connecticut or NYC.
Good to know
Recipients are selected for innovative problem solving independently of financial need. Award size is determined by need after selection. Academic achievement is secondary. Renewal requires good standing, current transcripts and annual activity report; online programs are excluded in FAQ.
