- U.S.-based high school seniors who are U.S. citizens, permanent legal residents or DACA recipients; minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA; full-time U.S. two-year, four-year or vocational study in engineering, CS, CIS, business administration, finance or marketing. Microsoft employees/children excluded. Current administrator criteria list no ethnic restriction.
