- Age 14+ high school, homeschool, college or university students enrolled in a diploma/degree program; legal residents of U.S. states, DC or specified territories. U.S. student-visa holders qualify. Sponsor employee/family/household exclusions.
- Good to know
- Voting helps select finalists; judges choose winner on design quality. Tuition expenses paid to institution, remainder to winner. Rules contain a stale May 2026 results-request footer; operative entry dates and form agree on 2026-27.
