Award
$2,250 per year toward tuition, half state-funded and half institution-matched, for up to eight consecutive semesters or completion of the bachelor’s degree, whichever comes first. No summer payments. Renewal requires 3.0 college GPA and 24/48/72 credits for the second/third/fourth year; specified regain and exception rules apply.

How to apply
Public/private high schools designate their highest-GPA eligible seniors and submit nominations and alternates through authorized HEAB GLASS accounts. Provide requested student contact and college details to the school. Current Act 80 guidance also provides a homeschool qualification route.

Who can apply
Wisconsin resident and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Public/private high-school route selects highest school GPA, with awards based on school enrollment; school’s consistent weighted or unweighted GPA method applies. Current Act 80 guidance allows homeschool students with ACT 33 or SAT 1500. Attend a participating Wisconsin UW, technical, independent or tribal institution full time.

Only participating Wisconsin institutions. Current Act 80 rules replace older small-school allocation restrictions; consult HEAB for homeschool processing. Renewal and credit requirements apply; campus-certified exceptions and regain rules are specified in HEA 9.
