$1,500 award to each of 100 Oklahoma public high school seniors per year.
Deadline
Applications open October 7, 2026 and close December 1, 2026 at 5 p.m.; the official page does not state a time zone. All supporting materials must be received by the same deadline.
How to apply
Create a personal-email portal account and complete your own application, including an essay of no more than 500 words and PDF test-score evidence. Designate a school official to upload the transcript and verify eligibility. Request two non-family recommendation letters; one should be from a teacher who taught you at high school. Submit the application and ensure every supporting item arrives by the deadline.

Who can apply
Currently enrolled Oklahoma public high school senior with ACT composite at least 30, SAT Evidence-Based Reading/Writing plus Math at least 1370, or National Merit Semifinalist status. Scores must come from a single national or district-contracted test date; superscores are not accepted. Selection includes academic achievement, leadership, community service, character and essay.
