A four-year $1,000 scholarship for statewide winners in Class A and Class AA.
Deadline
The 2026-27 nomination form is available. Each school and administrative region sets its deadline; ask the school Activities Director and region secretary. No statewide submission date is published.
How to apply
Complete the typed 2026-27 nomination form, academic/arts/athletic essays, a final essay of no more than 300 words, and a school staff recommendation. Student and school official certify the form. Submit to your school; schools forward one senior boy and one senior girl to their administrative region by the local deadline.

Who can apply
High school seniors with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at nomination who participate in at least one League-sponsored athletic program and one arts or activity program.
Good to know
The current eight-page form was revised September 2026. The League describes a four-year $1,000 scholarship for four statewide winners, but the public documents do not explain whether $1,000 is annual or total or state continuation conditions. Regional dates must be obtained locally.
