How to apply

Register in GOapply using an email you will keep after high school. Complete the common application, review matched and statewide opportunities, then complete each fund’s application and uploads. The published guide requires clicking Submit All after completing the chosen applications.

Who can apply

South Dakota students. Individual funds have their own residency, school, major, merit and need rules.

Good to know

The sponsor’s three-page GOapply guide is labeled 2026-27 and describes approximately 360 opportunities. Matching does not guarantee eligibility; each fund must be reviewed. The portal requires signing in to see complete applications.
