CFNN scholarship portal

DirectoryScholarship

This is a group of awards reached through one application. Each award inside it has its own rules.

Award
The FAQ describes individual awards of $1,000 to $5,000 for a single year; some funds have renewable multi-year awards with their own conditions.
Deadline
Most listed general-fund deadlines are from 2026. The separate Lymbery certification page says it is open year-round with rolling review, but the directory shows January 1, 2027 for that same opportunity. The 2027–28 general season is not posted.
How to apply
Complete the eligibility quiz and apply through the portal to matching funds. The FAQ lists transcripts, FAFSA Submission Summary and SAT/ACT only where applicable. Fund-specific essays, recommendations and additional materials may be required; submitted applications cannot be edited without staff assistance.
Who can apply
Mostly Northern Nevada students, including graduating seniors, college and graduate students, trade/certificate candidates and adult learners. Some funds include Hawaii or other locations, with county, school, employer, field, need and achievement requirements varying.
Good to know
The specific Lymbery certification page states year-round rolling review and requires an essay and employer/mentor or school recommendation. It differs from the directory’s January 1, 2027 date. Renewal may be one-year or multi-year depending on donor terms. Lymbery certification also requires acceptance from the chosen institution, trade school or certification program, in addition to its essay and employer/mentor or school recommendation.
