BGCF scholarship portal
DirectoryScholarship
This is a group of awards reached through one application. Each award inside it has its own rules.
- Award
- Individual awards range from a one-time $1,000 to renewable $10,000 per year for up to four undergraduate years; amounts and continuation requirements vary by fund.
- Deadline
- The 2027 cycle is not posted. The 2026-27 portal opened December 15, 2025 and its deadline was extended to March 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. in the sponsor’s stated EST zone; separate awards have other dates.
- How to apply
- Create a portal account, complete the eligibility form, then submit each matching scholarship’s separate application and required uploads. Most request a transcript, resume, financial information and FAFSA summary where applicable; written responses or videos and references depend on the fund. Some awards are administered by a school or organization.
- Who can apply
- Primarily Central and Eastern Kentucky graduating seniors, with some undergraduate and graduate opportunities. Certain funds include Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, nationwide cystic-fibrosis students or qualifying employees’ children outside Kentucky. School, GPA, need and other restrictions vary.
- Good to know
- The main page gives the extended March 10, 2026 date, while the FAQ retains March 6, 2026. Use the main-page extension for that older cycle. Most funds combine merit and need; some are strictly merit-based. Awards may be one-time or renewable and payments go to the school.
