This is a group of awards reached through one application. Each award inside it has its own rules.

Award
Individual scholarships range from $500 to $11,000 annually in the current FAQ; roughly half one-time and half renewable while criteria continue. Partial educational support; funds may cover tuition, fees, books and room/board subject to each fund.

How to apply
Create free online account and complete universal application to match funds, then submit every selected fund with transcripts, fund-specific essay and recommendation uploads. Auto Show requires two recommendations; others require one with optional second. Need-based funds require FAFSA summary/SAI. All documents included online by deadline; no late applications.
Who can apply
Unless a fund states otherwise, live in, attended high school in, or attend college/graduate school in Rock Island County, Illinois or Scott County, Iowa. Other donor and affiliate criteria vary. Any citizenship/documentation status unless specific fund restricts it; undergraduate/graduate and trade opportunities vary.
Good to know
Collection of distinct awards, not one uniform scholarship. Funds paid to U.S.-incorporated educational institutions; direct foreign-institution enrollment unfunded, though eligible U.S.-institution study abroad possible. Renew only while the chosen fund’s criteria continue. Foundation’s $856,327 award total is aggregate funding.
