- How to apply
- Complete one universal application per cycle in the CFNIL portal (Grant Interface); answers auto-match you to eligible scholarships.
- Who can apply
- High school seniors and older, mainly in Boone, Jo Daviess, McHenry, Ogle, Rock, Stephenson and Winnebago counties (Rockford area), with some funds open USA-wide. Individual funds have their own residency, school, major, merit and need rules.
- Good to know
- Collection advertises over $500,000 aggregate awards. Recurring fall/winter/spring and rolling cycles differ; awards paid directly to postsecondary school. Some funds have no geographical limit, so Illinois residency is not universal.
