This is a group of awards reached through one application. Each award inside it has its own rules.
- Award
- More than 40 donor funds with varying individual amounts, tuition/book/fee coverage, duration and renewal. Each fund sets its own terms.
- Deadline
- 2027-28 dates not yet posted. The 2026-2027 scholarship cycle is closed.
- How to apply
- Review the official fund list, then use the designated application route: some funds use the Foundation portal, others apply through a school/counselor or institution. Prior FAQ requires FAFSA summary and official/unofficial transcript, with recommendations and test-score information where relevant; all required materials must arrive by deadline.
- Who can apply
- Fund-specific school, county, institution, major, membership, GPA and need criteria. Opportunities include named Alabama schools/communities and institution-restricted awards; there is no common collection-wide GPA or residency criterion.
- Good to know
- 2026-27 cycle is closed. Published FAQ describes an older cycle; confirm current attachments when applications reopen. Its essay length is a recommendation, not a universal minimum.
