LCCF scholarship program

This is a group of awards reached through one application. Each award inside it has its own rules.

Award

Individual donor awards vary. The foundation’s current 2027-28 application page says scholarships typically range from $400 to $10,000; some are one-time and others are renewable. Check the selected fund for its amount, duration and eligibility.

Deadline

2027-28 application opens November 2, 2026 and closes February 22, 2027 at 4:00 p.m. No time zone stated. Selected renewable funds receive separate January invitations rather than a new application.

How to apply

Submit one Scholarship America application for matched funds with current complete transcript. SAT/ACT scores are optional; if supplied and absent from transcript, attach score report. Certain need-based funds require financial/tax documents. Renewal invitees follow separate instructions.

Who can apply

Generally Lancaster County school graduates, residents or current undergraduates, with 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale and fund-specific higher requirements. McKonly & Asbury accepts applicants from any U.S. high school/residence who attend specified institutions. Full-time study and major/need restrictions differ by fund.

Good to know

Foundation publishes the new 2027-28 deadline, while its administrator still displays some 2026-27 fund terms and an older renewal-year label. Selection considers academic record, leadership and need. Recipient receives a college-payable check and delivers it to the institution.
